Based upon experience gained during operations improvement assignments on more than 30 multi-commodity mines across Africa, has highlighted that practical mine designs constitute the most critical part, and if done properly will kick-start the road to improved performance. As such, unlike our competitors that service mining customers in the operations improvement space, Tacmin’s mine operational efficiency and performance improvement services begin at mine readiness assessments which amongst others comprise of revisiting mine designs from a practical mine design and implementation perspective.
